Ali Anglen, PhD Candidate (Orem)
Ali is currently completing her PhD in Counseling Psychology at BYU. She previously earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from BYU-Hawaii.
Ali works with individuals of all ages. She uses an integrative approach in therapy, primarily combining techniques from Humanistic and Compassion Focused Therapies. She takes a collaborative therapeutic approach and aims to help clients increase their self-awareness and self-compassion in order to live a more intentional and empathetic life. She works with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, career concerns, compulsive behavior, and trauma/abuse. Ali also works with LGBTQ+ individuals and those from diverse backgrounds.
