Jeremy Bekker, PhD Candidate (Orem)
Jeremy completed a master’s degree in Psychology at BYU. He is currently completing his PhD in Clinical Psychology at BYU. He has experience working with a variety of populations through BYU’s Comprehensive Clinic.
Jeremy works primarily with adults. His therapy style is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and integrates principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Existential Therapy. Jeremy has a special interest in helping LGBTQ+ clients, clients going through faith transitions, and clients with physical health difficulties. Jeremy’s therapy centers around helping the client find ways to live authentic, enjoyable, and meaningful lives within complex life circumstances.
