Specialties
Dr. Deichman approaches therapy from a cognitive behavioral and relational framework, working collaboratively with clients to identify what is meaningful to them and take steps toward a richer, more meaningful life. He believes effective therapy starts with understanding the unique context of each person’s life and adapting evidence-based approaches accordingly.
His approach emphasizes working with difficult thoughts and emotions, while developing self-compassion, strengthening relationships, and helping clients live in accordance with their values.
