Professional Highlights
Rylee is currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology at Brigham Young University. Her dissertation focuses on gender differences in burnout, with an emphasis on understanding how individuals experience and cope with chronic stress.
During her graduate training, she has gained experience in biofeedback, supporting stress regulation and performance, which has shaped her interest in a more holistic approach to health and overall well-being. Prior to her doctoral training, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University.

She often works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, disordered eating, body image concerns, trauma, and issues related to the mind-body connection. She also welcomes clients experiencing a wide range of other concerns and life stressors, and has experience working with individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
