Happy Holidays!

Our therapists in Spanish Fork know all too well that the holidays can be a stressful time of year. Here are a few tips to help avoid the mental and physical tension and have more CHEER!
Culitvate Gratitude: Research shows that focusing on the positive aspects of your life can help eliminate stress.
Honor Yourself: Remind yourself that saying “no” is okay. Set healthy boundaries and create the holiday that you want.
Easy does it: It’s a busy time of year. Remember to plan ahead and not overschedule yourself.
Eight hours of Sleep: Don’t forget to maintain your healthy habits, including sleep (even if it’s not quite eight hours haha).
Realistic Expectation: Repeat after me: I am only one person and can only do so much.
