Professional Highlights: Conner completed a master’s degree in Psychology at BYU. He is currently working on completing his PhD in Clinical Psychology at BYU.
Specialties: Conner works primarily with adults. Conner’s therapy style is mainly centered around Acceptance and Commitment Therapy combined with aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. Conner has worked with various psychological concerns such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, perfectionism, and more. Conner’s focus in therapy is working alongside his clients to help them garner self-compassion, explore their values, and live a meaningful life.
