Professional Highlights: Kinley completed her undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, graduating with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business in 2020. She pursued her passion further by obtaining a Master’ degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University in 2024. Throughout her journey, Kinley received specialized training in various therapeutic modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems.
Specialties: In her therapeutic practice, Kinley is dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families navigate the complexities of life. Grounded in humanistic principles, she views her Clients as the experts of their own lives, striving to create a congruent, collaborative and empathetic therapeutic environment to facilitate their growth and healing. Kinley’s therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Kinley’s clinical expertise extends to a diverse range of populations and therapeutic issues. She particularly enjoys assisting couples and individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, faith crises/transitions and chronic illness.
