Professional Highlights: Rachel received a master’s degree in Psychology at BYU. She is currently in the PhD Clinical Psychology program at BYU.

Specialties: Rachel works with individuals of all ages and is particularly interested in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy models into her clinical work, with an aim to foster more adaptive ways of thinking, promote healthier behaviors, and increase experiences of compassion. Rachel believes that self-compassion can be an especially important aspect of healing for many people. She has worked with clients with various psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, autism, and more. Rachel has experience in both individual therapy and group therapy.
